At Trailblaze You, transparency and trust are the foundation of every journey we create. Our Terms & Conditions are here to ensure clarity, protect your experience, and outline everything you need to know before booking. 1. Contractual Agreement
By confirming a booking with Trailblaze You, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions, which constitute a binding contract between you (the client) and Trailblaze You Ltd, registered in the United Kingdom.
2. Booking Confirmation & Payment
Full Payment Requirement: To secure your booking, full payment of the total tour cost is required at the time of confirmation.
Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer and major credit/debit cards.
Currency: All prices are quoted and payable in GBP (£), unless otherwise specified.
3. Cancellation Policy
Client-Initiated Cancellations:
Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
The following charges apply:
More than 60 days before departure: 25% of the total tour cost.
31–60 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost.
30 days or fewer before departure: 100% of the total tour cost.
Non-Refundable Components: Certain elements, such as tee times, accommodation, and transportation, may be non-refundable.
Supplier Terms: Additional cancellation fees may apply as per third-party supplier policies.
4. Amendments & Transfers
Client-Initiated Changes:
Requests to amend bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
An administrative fee of £100 per person applies to any changes made after confirmation.
Name Changes: Permitted up to 14 days before departure, subject to a £50 fee per change.
5. Travel Insurance
Clients are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, personal belongings, and other relevant risks. Trailblaze You is not liable for any losses incurred due to inadequate insurance coverage.
6. Liability & Force Majeure
Liability: Trailblaze You acts as an agent for third-party suppliers and is not liable for their acts or omissions.
Force Majeure: We are not responsible for any failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or governmental actions.
7. Client Responsibilities
Documentation: Clients must ensure they have valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents.
Conduct: Clients are expected to behave responsibly and adhere to local laws and regulations. Trailblaze You reserves the right to terminate services without refund for misconduct.
8. Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Scottish courts.
